She purchased her first set of investment properties by the age of 26 -- four adjacent properties for the price of one in an estate sale. She was fortunate to inherit additional properties soon after.
She later leveraged her real estate portfolio to buy in to her first Quick Service Restaurant franchise by the age of 30.
